Over the past 40 years, the Joe Realino Memorial Fund has raised over one million dollars to help qualified hospitality employees pay for basic needs such as rent, utilities and food. On Sunday, Nov. 15, the Joe Realino Memorial Fund will be hosting their Party with a Purpose in Port Canaveral.
This Sunday, the Party with a Purpose will take place in-between Baja Chowder and Seafood and Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill. This year’s Party with a Purpose will have a 9-hole putt putt course and lots of other entertaining activities. After doing your best Tiger Woods impersonation on the putt putt course, stick around to enjoy everything the party has to offer!
When we say this is a party you don’t want to miss, we mean it! Each year tons of locals come out to support a great cause and have an awesome time while doing it. This year’s event will be from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on November 15. Tickets are only $5 in advance and $10 at the gate.
There will be tons of food provided by local restaurants, live entertainment, a raffle, giveaways and a cash bar that will help support servers, bartenders and musicians in their time of need. Bands performing at this year’s party include Fundecided, Katy Shack, Allan Wood, Luna Pearl and more.
The Joe Realino Memorial Fund has been raising money for hospitality employees since the first Party with a Purpose took place in March of 1969. More than 40 years later, the Joe Realino Memorial Fund has helped countless folks in need and doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
