5/5 – Cinco De Mayo at Tequila Azul: A street party outside Tequila Azul with free shuttle from parking designated in The Avenues. Hot Pink Band back to back with Ez DJ. Food & Drink Specials. 5/6 – 3rd Annual Craft Brews in the Park at the Avenues: World of Beer – Viera is celebrating American craft beer locally and nationally. This will be an intimate gathering of awesome breweries in the Avenue’s courtyard. There will be live music and of course, amazing beer, to benefit the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to help find a cure for pediatric cancer. General Admission: $40 includes unlimited sampling from 2PM to 5PM, souvenir sampling cup, and one ticket to be entered in all day raffles. 5/13 – Margaritafest at Jack Mahon Park: Enjoy live music from bands and also DJ Timmy Vee will be spinning the hits. There will be tons of food and drinks, a margarita bar by Unos, and hot air balloon rides! There will also be an adult Water Slide, and the best Parrothead outfit wins a prize. 6/2-6/3 – Cocoa Village 7th Annual BBQ & Blues: Enjoy two full days of barbecue and blues Cocoa Village. The event features world-class blues music and the finest bbq-ers in the southeast. They will compete for over $10,000 in prizes! Vote for your favorites. 5PM – 9:30PM, 12 Stone St, Cocoa.
6/9 – Dirty Heads & SOJA at Cocoa Riverfront Park: Cocoa Riverfront Park has incredible music each year, and this year is no different. SOJA and the Dirty Heads will perform alongside The Green and RDGLDGRN for a great night of reggae. Buy tickets here. The concert is from 7PM – 11PM. 401 Riveredge Blvd, Cocoa.
6/10 – 5th Annual Bottoms Up Beer Run at Wickham Park: Who said you can’t run and drink beer? Participants will take a shot of beer to toast the start of the race, and another shot every 1K, and a full beer at the end of the race. You do not have to drink beer to participate. The beer is home-brewed provided by SAAZ (Spacecoast Associates for the Advancement of Zymurgy). This event is from 6PM – 9PM. 2500 Parkway Dr, Melbourne.
6/10 – Rock the Park Brevard at Wickham Park Pavillion: Brevard County South Area Parks & Recreation and Classic Shock have partnered up to bring the community together for a free music event. 4/15 – Eco-Egg Hunt at the Brevard County Barrier Island Center: The Brevard County Barrier Island Center is putting an environmental twist on egg hunting! Find eco-eggs scattered around the center and redeem them for candy and prizes. The event is from 10am – 4pm. 8385 S Highway A1A, Melbourne Beach
4/16 – Eggstreme Easter Egg Drop at the Cocoa Beach Pier: Beachside Helicopters and The Florida Key Lime Pie Company have partnered up to put on a unique Easter egg hunt. Eggs are scattered in a helicopter fly-over and children are encouraged to find them. Enjoy Key Lime pie and other delicious treats after you snag your eggs!
4/16 – Easter Eggstravaganza at World of Beer: To participate, purchase a bottled beer and check the back for egg sticker. The Easter beer bunny has picked 100 bottles to stick eggs on, and if you pick one, you’ll be able to pick a prize from the beer bucket! Prizes range from stickers to gift cards. 4/19 – Pints & Pups at The Irish Pub & Eatery: Hang out on the Irish Pub & Eatery’s pet-friendly patio with your favorite pup! There will be adoptable dogs, prizes, pet trivia, and 10% of your ticket benefits the SPCA of Brevard. When you bring your pup, you get 50% off any appetizer or $1 off your first beer. 4/22 – 4/23 – 33rd Annual 2017 Melbourne Art Festival: The 33rd Annual 2017 Melbourne Art Festival kicks off with the 5K flamingo run at 7:30am. Enjoy art, live music, and local food vendors. The proceeds from this event are used to promote and encourage artistic endeavors, local high school scholarships, and art education of our local students in Brevard County. 4/22 – BINGO Night to Benefit the Roosevelt Playground Fund: Please join Cocoa Beach Kiwanis for a fun night of Bingo and silent auctions. All proceeds will benefit the playground replacement fund for Roosevelt Elementary School. This is a free, adults-only event and there will be a cash bar. 4/22 – Party for the Planet at the Brevard Zoo: Celebrate Earth Day and explore science and nature play at the Zoo! 4/29 – Bands, Boards, and Brews Festival: Intracoastal Brewing Company has teamed up with the local chapter of the Surfrider Foundation as well as Clean Surf to bring Bands, Beers, and Boards Fest 2017. The festival has a lineup full of the best bands Central Florida has to offer, food trucks, vendors, and the best local surfboard shapers.
