Chef Stanojkovski has been dreaming of opening Cuizine for several years, and in August he saw that dream come true.

The signature dish at Cuizine is Chef Stanojkovski’s grilled lamb chops with a rich chive and truffle risotto, accompanied by a Barolo wine reduction.
