The 1st Annual Melbourne Food and Wine Festival

As you walk through the culturally-rich festival , enjoy bites of international street food, local seafood and decadent desserts, while sipping on the finest wines and craft beers.

More than 50 local restaurants, breweries and wineries are coming together for the 1st Annual Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, in downtown Melbourne, on Nov. 12.


“This event will be an experience to remember including live entertainment, showcasing from Brevard’s cultural organizations, cooking competitions, and unforgettable tastes from Brevard’s culinary elite. Come stroll, sip, nibble and enjoy the rich cultural tapestry our community offers, all in one place,” according to

The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s opening ceremony starts at 5:30 p.m., and the food and beverage sampling will be from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. That’s four hours to visit over 50 booths; Make room because you’re going to be reaaally full and content after this festival. Enjoy beer in the craft beer garden, or get comfortable at the shaded seating areas.

What would a food, wine and beer festival be without awesome art and live music? The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival will have tons of art vendors and musicians with a rich cultural diversity from around the world.

Participating restaurants will be competing for Chef of the Year; Each chef will present a signature dish, and share their culinary experience with the audience and judges. Festival attendees can vote for their favorite chef in three categories: food, wine and beer.


Admission into the 1st Annual Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is open to all ages and free to the public; beverage sampling tickets may be purchased on site (must be 21+), but food sampling tickets are sold out.
