Melbourne: Hell ‘N Blazes Brewing Company Now Open

The wait is finally over; after almost a year of hard work and renovating the 118-year-old building, Hell ‘N Blazes Brewing Company is opening on June 24 in downtown Melbourne. The grand opening weekend at Hell ‘N Blazes Brewing Co. will feature 12 craft brews on tap, an assortment of wines, food delivery directly to your table and so much more.

Formerly a hardware and farm supply store, Hell ‘N Blazes Brewing Company features a 300+ capacity taproom, with bar seating, high and low-top tables, lounge areas, a private tasting room and a game room. Overflow seating will be available with several food trucks, a cold brew coffee tent and music.

Hell ‘N Blazes Brewing Company is the newest addition to the breweries in Brevard. With games, music, and a laidback atmosphere, Hell ‘N Blazes is the perfect spot for friends to hang out and drink good beer.

Beers on tap at the grand opening include:

  • Blonde Dwarf
  • Causeway IPA
  • Don’t Leave me, Amber
  • Chocolate Cake Porter
  • Cof-Fee Stout
  • Orange Blossom Honey Wheat Ale
  • Raspberry Beret
  • Tropical Trail Pale Ale.

The custom wooden bar, tables and flooring offer a rustic vibe, while the steel bar stools and light fixtures offer an industrial look. Altogether, Hell ‘N Blazes is the perfect mix of vintage, modern and industrial décor. During their renovations, the staff at Hell ‘N Blazes came across a lot of artifacts more than 100 years old that are now in display in the taproom.
