Forget the idea that a bowl of cereal and some coffee is enough to hold you over until lunchtime. Start your day at Oh Biscuit, where breakfast can be as simple or creative as you like. Oh Biscuit uses unique ingredients in your breakfast that you would’ve never thought of such as salmon, pork loin, fried chicken, meatloaf, ahi tuna and much more.

If one thing is for certain, it’s that Oh Biscuit knows how to whip up an awesome breakfast. They have the classics such as eggs and bacon, but Oh Biscuit is known for their creative twist on breakfast.

At Oh Biscuit, you have to at least try one of their unique breakfast dishes like the salmon scramble with three scrambled eggs, salmon, onions, dill and cream cheese with a biscuit on the side. Are you in the mood for more salmon? Try the salmon bagel, which is a toasted bagel topped with a mixture of grilled salmon, capers, onions, dill and cream cheese.
Oh Biscuit doesn’t stop at breakfast. They also have a wide variety of sandwiches such as a fried chicken sandwich, a salmon BLT or the “Oh Burger” with cheese, bacon, an over easy egg, jalapenos and grilled onions served with a side of home fries.
If you’re going to eat at Oh Biscuit, you can’t miss out on their homemade desserts. The bread pudding selection change seasonally, but bread pudding flavors in the past have included pumpkin pecan, banana chocolate chip and apple. You can also choose from a wide array of desserts such as pineapple cake with coconut icing, gooey double chocolate brownies with creamy peanut butter icing and orange cake with a vanilla glaze. Need I say more?
Other than the breakfast specialty items, the menu is quite simple and very reasonably priced. If you’re feeling creative you can design a biscuit breakfast of your own, consisting of biscuits, gravy, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, sausage, bacon, fried chicken, country fried steak and much, much more.
Oh Biscuit is jam-packed with locals at breakfast, who eagerly await their egg dishes, sandwiches and unique specialties like salmon quiche, which is bursting with salmon, cream cheese, light capers and grilled onions or the cream cheese brownies drizzled with a raspberry glaze made from scratch.
