More beer, more food and more room!
Playalinda Brewing Company, one of Central Florida’s most beloved breweries, is expanding and opening a restaurant, brewpub and beer garden in Titusville later this summer.
The founders of Playalinda Brewing Co. like to call this expansion the “Brix Project”. The Brix Project will include a brewpub with 20 taps, a beer garden and a restaurant in a 16,000-square-foot complex, according to Orlando Weekly.
The restaurant will serve a range of delicious woodfire-grilled dishes, created by Playalinda’s executive chef. The brewing company currently serves quick homemade bites, such as IPA buffalo chicken dip, cheese plates, paninis and more.
The Brix Project will open later this summer on U.S. 1 South of downtown Titusville. The original Playalinda Brewing Co., in downtown Titusville, will continue to brew everyone’s favorite craft beers and serve quick brew-bites.
In 2017, the Brix Project plans to expand even more and have its own production brewery and distillery, which will produce small batches of rum, vodka and gin.
