This week marks Playalinda Brewing Company’s first birthday! Since the brewery has had such an amazing first year in Titusville they have decided to throw a week-long celebration. Starting Nov. 9 until Nov. 14 they will have tons of specials on your favorite beers and even debut some new ones. They will be featuring rare brewer-select one-offs and collaborations with fellow Florida breweries, giving away mystery glassware and will be bringing back some of the local’s favorite beer.
Beginning at 4 p.m. on Nov. 9, Playalinda Brewing Company will feature collaborations with other Florida Breweries including Cigar City Brewing Company, Red Cypress Brewing Company, Swamp Head Brewing Company and many more. This “drink like a local” and all Florida Craft Takeover is something you don’t want to miss!
The “Return of the Key Lime Slice Ale” party will be on Tuesday, Nov. 10 beginning at 4 p.m. Yes, that’s right; the Key Lime Slice Ale will be making a comeback at the Playalinda Brewing Company’s week-long celebration.
On Nov. 11 Playalinda Brewing Company will be teaming up with Wild Ocean Seafood Market for a Sour Beer and Oyster Party. The all-star beer lineup for this event will include Playalinda Brewing Company’s “Older, Sourer, Funkier,” “Sour Bring It IPA” and “CocoFunk” with cherry. Oysters from Wild Ocean Seafood Market will be sold by the half-dozen or dozen and will be accompanied by a mignonette that is made with a Playalinda Brewing Lambic.
Playalinda Brewing will be bringing on some Bring It IPA specials and mystery glassware giveaways from different microbreweries on Thursday, Nov. 12 beginning at 4 p.m. On Friday, Nov. 13, the Titusville Downtown Merchants Association will be hosting Friday Nite Live where Playalinda Brewing Co. will be having to-go crowler specials all night long.
Playalinda Brewing Company’s actual anniversary is on Nov. 14, which means it’s party time! Reel Pit Bar-B-Que will be whipping up barbeque classics including ribs, pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans. What’s a birthday party without some birthday cake? Playalinda Brewing Company will debut their Funfetti Cake Batter Blonde Ale and have an actual funfetti cake cutting at 2 p.m.
Come out and wish Playalinda Brewing Company a happy birthday, as they celebrate their one year anniversary all week long. Nothing says “happy birthday” like a Funfetti Cake Batter Blonde Ale. Am I right? This is a celebration you won’t want to miss!
