Baja Tavern & Eats , located in Port Canaveral , is a relatively new restaurant in the area with roots that go back to the hay-days of the Space Coast. It is owned and operated by the Kolsch brothers - Norm, Gene and Hank, who are the original owners of the famous "Mousetrap" restaurant; a favorite hangout of the "Mercury 7" astronauts.
