Are you still rockin' the french mani/pedi? If so, it's time to step into the Winter 2011-2012 season ladies. We live in Florida and wear flip flops and sandals all year long. We almost never cover up with gloves and boots, so unlike our sisters in the north, our tips and toes must be polished and pristine all year long. We've been doing some research and have uncovered the top 5 trends in nail colors for the season along with the top brands of polish.

I've been hiring and firing employees (and everything in between) for a long time now and there are certain things I look for when I sit down to talk to someone for the first time. The first question I ask a potential employee is this, "What do you know about my company?" That question is usually answered by a blank stare, some chair fidgeting and a lot of , "Um, well.. uh…" because most of the time, the person I am interviewing knows nothing about my company. My follow up question after we get out all the "um, well, uh's" is, "If you don't know anything about my company, what makes you want to work here?"
