Locals on the Space Coast love Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads and Stick Figure for their laid back mentality and easy-going vibes. Known for mostly being reggae bands, their music is also a combination of rock, blues, hip-hop, rap, jazz and folk.
“Over the last several years we started our own studio and invested into innovations and equipment upgrades in a quest to capture and progress our ideal signature sound. Having our own studio really enables us to make records at our own pace and to make the right records, hopefully at various stages of our career,” said lead vocalist of Slightly Stoopid, Miles Doughty.
Since opening up their own studio, Slightly Stoopid has sold over 900,000 records on their own. Slightly Stoopid has performed at the most widely-recognized music festivals in the country, including Coachella, Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, New Orleans Jazz Festival, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits.
