Smoke On The Water
Smoke on the water & fire in the sky!
If you so happen to be in the Cocoa-Cocoa Beach area this Fourth of July, then you are not going to want to miss out on the smoke on the water. July 3rd-5th gather your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, whoever and come out to celebrate our independence.
When and Where?
July 3rd, opening at 8 PM, The Cove in Port Canaveral will be set up with bounce houses, food trucks, and plenty of spots for tailgates and chairs! Vendors will be walking around with light up toys for the kiddos and Sonny’s BBQ will have their food truck loaded with their amazing Pork sandwiches. The fireworks are expected to begin around 9:30 PM and that part is free!
July 4th, at Cocoa's Riverfront Park in Cocoa Village fireworks will be set off over the Indian River Lagoon. Like The Cove, there will be bounce houses and food stands set up all around. Bring a blanket or a couple of chairs and find a spot among the rest of the population; any spot across the whole park is free game! The fireworks should begin around 8:45/9 PM and again, free of charge.
July 5th, better late than never, you can head to Cocoa Beach with your chairs, blankets, or towels and watch the fireworks be released over The Atlantic ocean. Best views are from Lori Wilson Park and The Cocoa Beach Pier. Fireworks are set for about 8;45/9 PM and this event is completely free.
