On Saturday The Supervillains made their way to Milliken’s Reef, in Port Canaveral, to put on an electrifying show for Brevard County residents. This was the first time The Supervillains had performed at Milliken’s Reef and the crowd gave them an extreme warm welcoming.
The rain and wind didn’t stop guests from having a good time. Fans ignored the dreary weather and danced and sang, during the entire Supervillains performance.
Milliken’s Reef was prepared for the rainy weather and set up multiple tarps to keep the band and fans happy and dry, during the concert.
Rain or shine, Johnnie Morrone, from Cocoa Beach, was excited to watch The Supervillains perform. This was Morrone’s first time seeing the Supervillains perform live and he said he was thrilled he was able to finally make it to one of their concerts.
“I like the weather, I think it’s actually kind of nice,” Morrone said.
Alex Ditinick, from Merritt Island, has been a fan of the Supervillains for the last few years and has previously seen them perform live.
“Even though it’s raining and it’s cold, I think it’s still fun,” Ditinick said.
Zack Joseph, from Merritt Island, is an extreme fan of the Supervillains and said he was determined to meet and hang out with the band, after the show.
When Joseph was asked if he was looking forward to seeing the Supervillains perform, his response was “Hell yeah, the Supervillains are awesome. I’ll stand in the rain to see them, I don’t care. I’ve never got to see them live but I have to tonight,” Joseph said.
When The Supervillains hit the stage, the fans hit the dance floor. The damp weather had no effect on the Supervillains or guests who attended the concert. Fans said they are hoping the Supervillains return to Port Canaveral in the near future, to put on another entertaining show.
