Since 1980, Taco City has been offering Cocoa Beach and its surrounding communities fresh delicious southwestern cuisine. With great “one of a kind” food and staff, Taco City offers customers a comfortable, laidback, beach like atmosphere in addition to the new TVs, and refreshing air conditioners. It is our goal to bring you enjoyment and great food, all in a relaxing friendly environment contributing to one of the reasons why the restaurant has been in business for over 30 years.

With a menu full of delicious meals, 99% of which are under 10 dollars, it is easy for our customers to get nice and full for a great price then enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach. From fresh food prepared daily to a welcoming restaurant setting, taco city is the place to be.

Taco City Cocoa Beach

Taco City is the best in “Tex- Mex”. Our secret recipes combined with our unique style of cooking are the reason we’ve been in business since 1980. Our recipes date back over 50 years and still have not be duplicated or imitated, contributing to our “one of a kind” dishes. Come in and try our famous guacamole, Chings, Chongs, or the town favorite Hombre. Also, make sure you try our newest addition to the menu, Mahi Fish Tacos. These tacos are stuffed with real Mahi and topped with our own unique blend of greens and red cabbage. Try it with your choice of jalapeno ranch or our “house” avocado aioli dressing.

Taco City has been a part of owner Bobby’s life since he was 10 years old. His mother has been perfecting the recipes at the restaurant for almost 30 years. Whether it was busing tables at age 14 or surfing behind the restaurant, it’s always been like a second home. After spending four years in the Army he found himself working in finance at a car dealership. Never really happy working in finance for a living; he went back to school to get his BBA. Shortly after graduating, an opportunity to own Taco City – a Cocoa Beach icon – presented itself. Without hesitating he grasped the dream and never looked back. Along with his mother as owners of Taco City their goal is to continue the legacy built by the previous owners and ensure the local’s favorite restaurant will be around for decades to come.
