Other tasty dishes include a top round of beef with au jus and creamy horseradish sauce; a macadamia crusted pork loin with apple cider demi-glace; a cinnamon, nutmeg and cherry essence infused carved shoulder of ham; and grilled Mahi-Mahi with citrus mango Beurre blanc butter sauce.
The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is offering guests a menu of sides that take a seasonal and creative take on the holiday classics. Sides include candied sweet potatoes, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, butternut squash risotto, classic green bean casserole and honey glazed carrots.
