  1. This list seems to be Cocoa Beach and north (besides Oh Biscuit). The best breakfast in the county is Backwater in downtown Melbourne! And, even though it’s a chain, Kiki’s over by the Melbourne mall is amazing. You need to extend your list! Thanks for the suggestions though.
