The atmosphere is a mix between sophisticated and charming. The Fat Snook has a passion for fresh, local seafood, paired with quality ingredients. The presentation of the food is so exquisite you almost don’t want to ruin the masterpiece by eating it. But after one bite, you’ll find yourself instantly craving more. Cafe Coconut Cove

Their current menu has a wide-variety of gourmet seafood dishes with an Italian flare. Local favorite is the lobster ravioli;  pillowy pasta filled with chunks of maine lobster, creamy ricotta and parmesan cheese, topped with a melted parmesan butter and extra chunks of lobster meat. Other favorites include the drunken clams, parmesan crusted salmon, the tuscan ribeye and the stuffed shrimp beurre blanc.
