Kennedy Space Center

Cocoa Beach Pier
Not only is the Cocoa Beach Pier one of the Space Coast’s most popular attractions, but it’s a Central Florida historic landmark. Built in 1962, the Cocoa Beach Pier is the perfect place to go if you want to experience the beach-town atmosphere. Recently renovated, the pier is a great spot to fish, surf, shop, relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks. The pier has both indoor and outdoor restaurants and bars. If you’re visiting from out of town there’s a 99.9999% percent chance you can to the Space Coast to visit the beach. Lucky for you, there are countless beautiful beaches in Brevard. Many of the beaches have concession stands with snacks, bathrooms, picnic tables and shaded seating areas to make your beach day as pleasant as possible. Head over to Jetty Park, where you’ll find the Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill Pavilion with tasty snacks and cold drinks. Other good beach spots in Brevard include Playalinda Beach or Canova Beach if you want to bring the pup with you!
If you’re looking for an epic outdoors adventure, head over to the Brevard Zoo. This isn’t your average zoo. Embark on the ultimate excursion and enjoy a day full of activities. Get up close and personal with the animals while you feed them. Hop on a paddle boat or kayak and adventure through the Florida wetlands for a chance to see otters, giraffes, zebras, rhinos and other animals. Or how about zip-lining over an alligator pit?! The Exploration Tower
If you want views of Port Canaveral like you’ve never seen before, check out the state-of-the-art Exploration Tower. The Exploration Tower offers spectacular bird’s eye views of Port Canaveral and the surrounding area. Each floor of the Exploration Tower has interactive exhibits and galleries so guests can learn about the history and depth of Port Canaveral and all of Florida. Kayak & Paddleboard Tours
If you want to explore the Space Coast like a true local take a kayak or paddleboard tour.
